Senior IT Technical Support Engineer – West Yorkshire
Chassam Recruitment are currently looking to recruit a Senior IT Technical Support Engineer for a leading organisation based in West Yorkshire.
This is an exciting position where you will be ensuring that all clients receive exceptional customer service during all contact with the IT Service Desk. You will be providing critical technical support for customers, both on premise and cloud environments on a range of technical solutions.
Skills Needed as a Senior IT Support Engineer:
- Microsoft Certified Accreditation
- Experiencing of supervising staff and workloads
- VDI Experience
- Experience of leading IT related projects
- Knowledge of end user compter services, including Office 365, Application packagainfg,
- Experience of supporting Windows Operating Systems in an Enterprise Domain environment
- Experience of building OS images for a VMWare environment
- Knowledge of Micrisoft Azure.
On a daily basis you will be:
- Acting as the escalation point on all tickets relating to technical support
- Provide project Management of Technical Support projects
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide timely status updates on investigation, progress and ticket resolution
- Manage documentation
