Chassam Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Senior IT Technical Support Engineer for a leading organisation in Bradford.
This is an exciting position where you will be assisting the Technical Support Manager to help split the projects and BAU. You will be diving deeply in to any IT issues that arise.
You will be helping the team with packaging applications and patching software as well as providing Project Management on technical support projects. The role will involve
critical technical support for customers both on premise and cloud environments on a range of technical solutions. You will ensure that all clients receive exceptional customer service and be in charge of meeting the agreed service levels.
