We are after someone who loves a good chat, someone who would enjoy speaking to people on the phone, all day every day, whether it be clients or candidates, and someone who enjoys developing relationships and growing their network.
We help people find new jobs. It's as simple as that. In order to do that we have a really good chat with each of our clients to find out what and who they need for each vacancy. We then find candidates who match up to that spec, whether this be by advertising on all the major jobs boards, calling through the contacts on our database or on the job boards, headhunting or using social sites such as LinkedIn to make contact.
We’ve been going for a few years now and have been lucky enough to have been able to grow the team here quite quickly. We now have even more seats to fill and are keen to get bums on seats as soon as possible. We have markets that are ready and raring to go, with jobs from existing clients just waiting to be worked.
We provide full training on how to be a recruiter, we also have other digital recruiters who are very friendly and happy to share advice on how they built their market and how they fill roles. We are in the best position to get you up and running straight away – we even have an admin team who have started building the database for you – it couldn’t be easier.
The role of a digital recruiter is an interesting one, it is one that allows you to put your own stamp on it and stand out from the crowd whilst earning a pretty decent wage. We have an uncapped commission structure which is considerably higher than some of our competitors, bright offices with parking just outside the door and good public transport links, a pick ‘n’ mix stand, a fruit basket and we all get together now and then for company socials. We offer a good basic and have structured promotion criteria which aims to move you up within the business as quick as possible. It’s a great place to work and we like to think we are different from other agencies out there, we’ve got a lot of added extras which saves you time on the boring stuff like data admin and lets you focus on speaking to your network. We’ve got all the tools to allow you to do well at this and we will work closely with you to make sure you’re going in the right direction and earning more money than you’d probably expect!
The role of a digital recruiter is varied, you’ll be marketing candidates, writing adverts, finding out exactly what clients and candidates are after, utilising social media to get your message out there and possibly writing the odd blog or two! It will involve lots of conversations over the phone, over email and over social media. Written English is key for this role and you'll need to be pretty strong in this area - ideally you'll hate bad spelling and grammar just like me!
We are looking for people with office based work experience, if you have either sales, customer service or digital experience this would be a massive plus point - we will happily teach you the rest. Full and ongoing training will be provided. You'll also need to be money motivated and very ambitious as with all sales roles!
We need lots of recruiters at the moment as we have lots of work on - we're also hiring for our software development and IT markets.
