IT Service Management Analyst - ServiceNow

Chassam Recruitment are currently looking for an IT Service Management analyst to join a leading Manchester based company. The role will be responsible for responding to any business or IT demand for the IT Service Management platform (ServiceNow). You will be responsible for the requirements gathering, document analysis, business analysis and workflow analysis. As the Service now Analyst you will be working with the wider IT team for assessment and be the interface between the IT team and the wider business.
Key Skills Needed:
- ServiceNow (ideally certified Systems Administrator)
- Knowledge of the day today management and maintenance of ServiceNow, upgrades, patching, new releases
- Experience of supporting the delivery of projects through the full lifecycle
- Experience of creating requirements definitions and technical specification documentation
- Experience of Business Analysis planning
