Chassam Recruitment are currently looking to recruit an IT Service Desk Analyst.

This is an excellent opportunity where you will be providing operational support both over the phone and face to face for the IT Service Desk.

Skills Needed:

  • Knowledge of Windows 10, Android, Office 365
  • Knowledge of Service Desk Logging Systems
  • Experience of Active Directory administration
  • Experience of working within a busy IT Service Desk

On a day-to-day basis you will be involved in:

  • Acting as a single point of contact for phone calls and emails from staff regarding IT issues and queries
  • Ensuring all incidents and Service requests are successfully and accurately identified
  • Maintaining service excellence for all support queries
  • Supporting and configuring mobile devices
  • Creating user accounts, resetting passwords, creating groups
  • Supporting Windows 10 and Citrix desktops on site and remotely
  • Setting up and configuring laptops
