IT Service Desk Engineer – 1st/2nd Line
Chassam Recruitment are currently looking to recruit an IT Service Desk Engineer for a leading company based in Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy service desk and provide support for to the staff.
Skills Needed:
- Proven track record in providing IT Support
- Troubleshooting both hardware and software issues
- Supporting both Windows and Mac operating systems
- Experience in Office 365 and Active Directory
- Intune experience
- Understanding of network concepts
Day to day duties:
- IT Service Delivery working within an ITIL environment resolving IT Issues logged by the Service Desk, a call or in person
- Monitoring and Assessing the Severity of Service Desk incidents
- Review system and application logs
- Liaising with Vendors to coordinate 3rd Line Support for all IT Services
- Liaising with internal support teams towards resolution of incidents
