IT Service Desk Engineer – 1st/2nd Line


Chassam Recruitment are currently looking to recruit an IT Service Desk Engineer for a leading company based in Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy service desk and provide support for to the staff.

Skills Needed:

  • Proven track record in providing IT Support
  • Troubleshooting both hardware and software issues
  • Supporting both Windows and Mac operating systems
  • Experience in Office 365 and Active Directory
  • Intune experience
  • Understanding of network concepts

Day to day duties:

  • IT Service Delivery working within an ITIL environment resolving IT Issues logged by the Service Desk, a call or in person
  • Monitoring and Assessing the Severity of Service Desk incidents
  • Review system and application logs
  • Liaising with Vendors to coordinate 3rd Line Support for all IT Services
  • Liaising with internal support teams towards resolution of incidents
