I am currently looking to recruit an IT Service Desk Analyst for a leading company based in Blackburn. This is an exceptionally exciting position where you will be working as part of a team providing 2nd line IT Service Desk Support.

Service Desk analyst/The Role

You will be responding to both telephone calls and emails as well as solving problems ranging from simple password resets to more complex issues requiring remote access. You will need to be able to document the interaction with customers from the first contact to the resolution. Other duties will include installing and updating software and implementing file backups. There is a shift pattern so you will need to be prepared to be involved in this.
