We’re on the hunt for someone to take over our digital clients and we need to find that someone ASAP!

We specialise in development, IT and digital roles, a lot of our clients hire for all three and whereas we are covered on the dev and IT side, we’ve got a gap on the digital side.

To give you a bit of background, Chassam have been around for just shy of 6 years’ now, the management team consists of two ex SThree billers and an MD with a solid business background. It was started so we could have the flexibility to tailor our approach, we didn’t want just to do things for the sake of hitting KPI’s… we also didn’t want to do as much data admin so came up with solutions for both. We also have an amazing commission structure… up to 30% I hear you say.

It’s a mature team, and by that I don’t mean we are mega old, I just mean we trust our consultants to do what it takes to both find and fill jobs and don’t base this on KPI’s and call stats. We want people who are money motivated, if you are then you’ll find a way to fill each role and that’s the commitment we need.

We’re based just outside the city centre in Prestwich, it’s 15 minutes on a bus from town or there are two tram stops a short walk away.

We would love to find two digital recruiters, we have both the need and the client demand for them. There are so many jobs to be worked, you’ll be doing very little biz dev put it that way.

The main focuses on the digital side are:

  • PPC, Paid Search, Paid Social, Paid Media, Display, Programmatic, Shopping, Digital Acquisition, Biddable Media
  • SEO, Search, SEM
  • Digital Account Managers – Agency side

We’re a techy bunch, any role we recruit for generally involves using some sort of software or tool. We recruit for some of the most sought-after skill sets out there so the candidate resourcing side makes up a big chunk of our role. We’re creative in how we find candidates and we like to think our marketing is on point.

If you’ve got recruitment experience, it honestly doesn’t matter what it is, and you would be interested in something like this please get in touch. The role here is 70% phone based and I’d say around 30% focused on marketing, using LinkedIn and writing hard hitting emails – our candidates sit behind PC’s and laptops all day. Perfect spelling and grammar is key for us, we pride ourselves on quality and detail so perfect written work is a must.
