Chassam Recruitment are currently looking to recruit an IT Support Manager for a leading company in the City of London. This is an exciting position and has come about due to a reorganisation of the business. The lucky applicant will be working on some exciting projects where you will be managing general IT services in conjunction with the IT Operations Manager.
Managing a team of 2 people you will be ensuring the effective delivery of ICT services. You will maintain an active involvement in IT matters as well as manage the budget requirements and manage the set up and deployment of new user hardware. Other duties will include managing and assisting in the evaluation and testing of upgrades and new releases of non technical software. In effect you will be representing and providing general support on behalf of Central IT.
It is essential that you have excellent communication skills and have excellent hands on Desk Top Support experience to be able to apply for this position.
