Are you an IT Support Engineer looking for a new challenge? If so I may have the perfect position for you. I am currently looking to recruit a 2nd line IT support engineer for a leading company based in Manchester City Centre. This company is experiencing growth and therefore needs more staff in their support team. You will be supporting 1100 users spread out globally.
You need to have strong experience with
- Microsoft desktop and server Operating systems
- Windows
- Active directory
- Excellent customer service and administration skills
- 2nd line support
- PowerShell (Desirable)
You will be assisting in the implementation of Windows 10 across the whole estate as well as assist in the administration of IT Infrastructure including Active Directory, servers, print services and messaging systems. You will also be in charge of monitoring and resolving end user support issues as well as provide an escalation point for the IT service desk.
