IT Service Desk Analyst - Manchester


Chassam Recruitment are currently recruiting for an IT Service Desk Analyst for a leading client based in Manchester. The role will be a mixture of home and office based!

You will be responsible for supporting approximately 350 users ensuring incidents, problems and requests are resolved.

On a day to day basis you will be responsible for the:

  • Day to day IT Service delivery working within an ITIL environment
  • Monitoring and assessing the severity of service desk incidents
  • Reviewing systems and application logs, looking for any potential issues
  • Liaising with vendors to coordinate 3rd line support for all IT Services
  • Supporting both Windows and MAC operating systems
  • Troubleshooting both hardware and software issues

As a 1st Line Service Desk Analyst, you need to have experience in:

  • Proven track record in providing IT Support
  • Troubleshooting both hardware and software issues
  • Supporting both Windows and Mac operating systems
  • Office 365 and Active Directory experience
  • Exposure to VPN technologies
  • Network principles and concepts
  • Cabling/Patching
  • Intune/SCCM
