I’m working with a company based in Didsbury and we are looking for someone to come in and promote 4 of their brand websites. Working across email and social, largely Twitter, you’ll be responsible for coming up with campaign ideas and then delivering the campaign from start to finish, targeting a wide range of customers including new, existing and dormant. The biggest focus will be email marketing to target customers with the aim of increasing traffic and sign-ups to the websites. Email is a massive channel for them and one which generates significant profit.
The company have an **unlimited training budget** they offer a number of internal training courses as well as external courses and qualifications. They have ridiculously low staff turnover and this, along with the relaxed environment, is the reason why. The company is jam packed full of marketing and technical specialists who are passionate and love what they do. The company loves ideas and will always be open to any you have, with this role in particular, we are looking for someone to play a key role in delivering a range of highly creative email campaigns, end to end.
This company has a fantastic set of resources to make your job as easy as possible, there is a team of email designers who will put together your HTML email templates, there’s a team of graphic designers to make all emails look fab, there’s a team of SEO/SEM specialists to make sure you’re getting the right keywords in there and there’s a team of UX/UI researchers to give you direction on what’s hot and what’s not.
What you need to know:
- Email marketing platform/ESP experience – Adestra, Mailchimp, IBM Watson/Silverpop etc
- Customer targeting/data segmentation abilities – pulling together the right target list for the campaign, analysing and deciding who to hit
- Experience of managing end to end marketing campaigns – ideally B2C
- Excellent copywriting and content skills
