DevOps Engineer - home based

Are you a DevOps Engineer looking for a new role? I have a fantastic client which will allow you to work remotely hiring a mid-level DevOps engineer.

The DevOps role will involve you supporting the build of an industry leading customer analytics platform helping to shape and deliver the infrastructure as Code principles to develop a new SAAS platform built on the AWS public cloud.

As a DevOps Engineer you will need to have:

• Advanced level of deploying infrastructure as code using Terraform
• Good experience working with cloud infrastructure including AWS
• Deep knowledge of designing and deploying scalable, highly available and fault tolerant systems on AWS
• Experience of working in a production environment

Key Responsibilities include:

• Working alongside the architect’s function to design and implement cloud solutions
• Working alongside the Data Analytics Platform and Development teams
• Identify improvement opportunities for the AWS cloud platform
• Design and build CI/CD pipelines to automate tasks and increase productivity
• Build and maintain operational monitoring and dashboards
