We’re a smallish agency who’ve been going for over four years’ now, we’ve got a lot of clients, lots of jobs that need working but not enough recruiters on board to help us resource for them all.

We recruit across highly candidate driven markets, largely software development, digital (SEO/PPC mainly) and IT – so all your fancy DevOps and Cloud stuff. The candidates are hard to find and we are constantly changing our tactics to find them.

We are really REALLY keen to speak to recruitment consultants with at least 12 months experience who have worked in this type of market.

You’ll be a pro at qualifying candidates, writing detailed adverts with solid sells, building relationships and resourcing and filling roles. Biz dev is fairly minimal in the types of markets we work on, we have a significant number of clients already coming to us with jobs and on top of this, when you find that golden egg of a candidate the jobs then quickly follow.

We want someone with 12 months+ experience who is more focused on repeat business and relationship building, not one trick/placement ponies.

We’ve taken away all the frustrating bits about recruitment – sick of working to 20 or 30 different KPI’s? That’s not our method. We put our trust in you that you are money motivated and proactive enough to do the right thing to fill the role. Sick of sitting there adding companies, managers, email addresses etc on to the system? We’ve got someone who does that for you here! They also post all your adverts as well – bonus!

All things sales here are managed by people from big agency backgrounds who’ve been in the industry for what seems like forever, they still bill and you’ll work closely with them and receive ongoing training – even they don’t know everything as you never will in this industry and they still share ideas and get their heads together when needed.

It’s dress down every day, the commission structure is market leading (we’ve checked), there’s a clear progression structure, we have parking outside, a bus stop outside and two tram stops nearby – we’re based in Prestwich just a couple of miles outside the city centre, it will take you 15 minutes on a bus from the Northern Quarter. If you’re north Manchester based and sick of commuting to town again this could be a really good option.

Ideally from an IT/Software/Digital recruitment background or a similar candidate driven market

Must have a track record of repeat business
