I’m looking for an experienced Paid Social Exec to come and join the digital team at a specialist branding agency based in central Leeds. You will be joining the existing social media team of 3 and reporting directly into the Head of Social Media who has worked her way up the progression ladder with this agency too. In the last 12 months the digital team has more than doubled and with no plans to stop this expansion anytime soon, it really is an exciting time to be joining them!
The team currently manages around 15 accounts across both paid and organic social media with this number likely to rise in the near future. The main focus of this role will be on the paid side of Social Media and you may be required to lend a hand on the organic side from time to time. You can expect to be running campaigns for both B2B and B2C clients across a variety of platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Snapchat
You will need to have a good understanding of how Social Media can be an effective tool for all clients from huge retailer brands to smaller more local brands looking to raise awareness. It will be your responsibility to create an effective strategy to suit the needs of each client and determine which social channels will be the most productive to use. You will then be responsible for creating the ad copy/content for these ads and will need to be able to change your tone of voice easily to suit each brand.
You will be in constant communication with clients to update them on campaign performance, answer any queries and maintain a fantastic working relationship so previous client management experience would be beneficial.
The client’s campaigns that you will be working on are all based in the retail sector covering things like, beauty, healthcare, clothing and fitness, it is vital that you have a creative mind set to make these campaigns really stand out.
So what do you need?
- A good level of experience in a Paid Social focussed role
- Good working knowledge of a range of Social Media platforms
- Previous experience creating effective campaign strategies
- Knowledge of reporting tools including Excel and Google Analytics
- Previous experience of writing Ad copy for a range of audiences
- Experience identifying target segments within Social platforms
