1st Line, 2nd Line, Engineer, Service Desk
Are you an IT Service Desk Analyst looking to move into a 2nd line position? If so look no further.
I am currently looking to recruit a 1st/2nd line Service Desk Engineer for a leading company based in the City of London. The focus of the role is to support the day to day desktop operations. You will be responsible for responding to incidents and working on different sites supporting users.
- Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems
- Microsoft products including Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange and Windows 7
- Good working knowledge of maintaining current IT Hardware, Laptops and desktops
- Desktop Security Products
- Microsoft Active Director and Group Policy
