Solutions Architect - Leeds
Chassam Recruitment are currently looking to recruit a Solutions Architect for a leading organisation based in Leeds. This is an exciting position which will give you a great amount of autonomy
The ideal candidate will be experienced in:
- Business Analysis
- Enterprise Systems
- IT Principles including regulatory, legislative and industry practices
- Developing and Managing IT solutions
- Undertaking In-depth analysis, facilitating and re-designing strategically critical business processes
- Translating user requirements into specifications
- Change Management
On a daily basis you will be responsible for the design and delivery of projects, implementing new technology and services as well as influencing the digital strategy through technological opportunities. You will be responsible for the change management process, and be expected to drive forward change adoption and change management behaviour. You will be expected to think creatively to deliver innovative strategies that work end to end.
You will also be involved in developing the IT architectural strategy and architecture roadmaps at an enterprise level and play a key role in shaping the business strategy using expertise knowledge to influence key stakeholders and ensure process and system solutions drive the desired outcomes.
