Service Desk Team Leader
Are you an IT Service Desk Team Leader who is looking for a new challenge? If so, I am currently recruiting for an exciting position! My client is a growing and forward-thinking organisation looking to add more experience into their team. The role will have responsibility for managing approximately 9 Service Desk analysts. As the manager of the team you will ensure the staff have the relevant training and development to ensure excellent customer service is delivered as well as managing the day to day running of an ITIL service desk function.
As the Service Desk Team lead you will be in charge of:
- Asset and Configuration Management
- Continual Service Improvement
- Customer Service Management
- Service Focus
- Service Reporting
- ITIL Certified
- Proven Record of people management
- Strong Ability to train, develop, mentor and support team members
- Experience as a hands-on Service Desk Team Lead
- Experience of Supporting the delivery of ICT Strategic projects
