Service Desk Engineer – 1st Line
I am currently looking to recruit a 1st Line Service Desk Engineer for a leading company based in Blackburn. This is a great position where you will develop your skills working on a busy IT Service Desk.
You will be responding to both telephone calls and emails, solving problems from simple password resets to more complex issues requiring remote access. There could be times you may have to attend client sites to complete installation work. You will be documenting the interaction with customers from the first contact to the resolution using Service Desk Software.

This is a great role which offers solid career progression. You will be on a Shift Rota however 2 out of 4 shifts can be worked from home. It is also essential you have a full UK Driving Licence.
