I currently have an exceptionally exciting position where you will be working as part of a team providing 1st/2nd line IT Service Desk Support.
My client is looking for a 1st/2nd line Service Desk Engineer with experience in
- Active Directory
- Office 365
- Remote Access Support Tools
- Microsoft (Office/Windows)
- Networking Principles
You will be responding to both telephone calls and emails as well as solving problems ranging from simple password resets to more complex issues requiring remote access. You will need to be able to document the interaction with customers from the first contact to the resolution. Other duties will include installing and updating software and implementing file backups.
There are shift patterns that work on a 24/7 rota for this position.
