IT Engineer, 2^nd line Support, ITIL, Office, SCCM, Exchange, Active Directory

Are you an IT Engineer looking for a new and challenging position. If so, I have the perfect job for you. My client is a leading organisation that is experiencing rapid growth. They are looking for an On Site Engineer to provide technical expertise in facilitating the smooth running of technology.

The ideal candidate will have experience with

• Office 365
• Office 2007-2016
• Exchange 2003-2012
• Outlook
• Active Directory
• SCCM Deployment
• Smart Phone, Ipad and Windows Tablet Support
• ITIL

On a daily basis you will be taking responsibility for the smooth running of all of the laptops, tablets and Smart devices. You will be taking ownership of incidents and professionally manage them through to resolution or timely escalation. You will be providing remote assistance using prescribed tools and provide support for any IT related issue as directed by management.
