We’re looking for a Lead Developer to play a key role in this.

It’s a full stack role which will be largely hands on, when you’re not writing code you’ll be leading, training and mentoring the small team of developers and planning and prepping for projects. As well as this you’ll ensure quality and timely delivery throughout sprints, working closely with the Project Manager.

Projects include:

  • Replatforming and moving to a microservices set up
  • Building out their API services, integrating with 3rd party API’s and platforms
  • Migrating frontends to React and Gatsby
  • Creating a headless checkout
  • More Docker usage
  • Greenfield PHP/MVC applications to be used internally including accounting, data tracking etc.
  • Automating manual processes

We’re looking for full stack experience and a senior or lead level Developer strong in the following:

  • PHP
  • React
  • Docker
  • WooCommerce
  • API integration
  • MySQL
  • Git
  • MVC framework

Desired skills include EC2, AWS, Gatsby, Laravel, microservices architecture – all stuff you’ll be getting involved in!

it’s hybrid working, seeing you split your time between their amazing, super modern offices down by the docks and home.

It’s an ethical eCommerce company who are currently taking the world by storm, they’ve grown and grown and this is such an important hire for them. This person will go on to take ownership over projects and further grow the team around them so not only get you hand pick the tech stack, you can also handpick your team.

This is definitely an opportunity not to be missed so apply now.
