JavaScript Developer
Leeds/Wakefield/Work From Home
Up To £40,000 + Bonus

We’re looking for two frontend React or VueJS Developers to join a web solutions technology company who build web applications for big names across the UK. The websites all have complex frontends so the role would involve lots of interesting screen work as well as the need to problem solve and come up with solutions.

It’s a small company who form part of a bigger group of companies, many of which you’ll be familiar with. 50% of the work you’ll be doing will be for brands within the group and 50% will be for a range of different clients, some big names and some tech focused challenger brands. You’ll work closely with full stack and backend developers, taking control of the frontend and the creation of a long list of new components and functionality.

We are looking for developers with experience in:

  • VueJS/React
  • Knowledge of routing, reusable components, state management and validation
  • Webpack/NPM
  • SASS/CSS
  • HTML5

They use Vue so if you're on the React side at the moment, you'll need to transition across - several of their recent hires have found this easy enough to do!

Their head office is based just south of Leeds, close to the M62, so this is an easy one to get to whether your based in Leeds, Wakefield, Manchester, Bradford etc!

*The role is currently 100% home based with interviews and onboarding taking place remotely. In the future, you will have the option to work either from home or from their managed service offices. You’ll need to be in the office once or twice a month so apart from that, where you work from is up to you so if you’re from a little further afield, please do consider applying*

Benefits include a bonus of up to 10%, 25 days holiday, a private pension scheme and budget towards training and development.

They are experimental, using the latest and greatest tech and the work will be high level and intricate - you’ll be working on multifaceted, API heavy applications. They also love best practice and clean code.
