Based midway between York and Harrogate, this is an IT Technician (1st/2nd Line Support) position for a growing e-commerce company.
As an IT Technician you will have strong 1st and 2nd line service desk experience and good knowledge of Windows 7 & 10, Office 2013, Exchange and Active Directory.
You will be the first IT contact point for all users within the company and you will be required to support these users as a priority and log and manage calls via the helpdesk system. Monitoring systems and servers will also be an essential part of the role to ensure downtime is kept to a minimum.
Essential skills needed are:
1st and 2nd line Support
Windows 7, 8 and 10
Basic Networking skills
