IT Service Desk Manager - Manchester
Chassam Recruitment are currently looking to recruit an IT Service Desk Manager for a leading company based in Manchester. This is an exceptionally exciting position where you will be supporting users, as well as ensuring incidents, problems and requests are actioned.
Service Desk Manager Role:
- Management of the IT Service Desk Team
- Ensuring the Service Desk Function is efficient and effective
- Ensuring Continuous Service Improvement
- Reviewing Service Desk Tickets
- Experience of managing outsourced suppliers
- Ensuring Major incident response procedures have been identified, documented and maintained
Key Skills Needed:
- Experience in managing and motivating a team of Service Desk Analysts
- Experience of a Service delivery frameworks e.g ITIL
- Experience working with third parties
- Microsoft Office 365 and Active Directory
- Solid IT background ideally familiar with DHCP, DNS
- Team Player, Self-Starter and a positive attitude
