Are you a Service Desk looking for a new position? If so look no further! I am currently recruiting for an experienced 1st Line IT Service Desk Engineer for a leading Manchester company.
Skills Needed:
- Knowledge of Windows 10, Android, IO
- Experience of Networking protocols
- Excellent PC Support experience
- Knowledge of Service Desk Logging Systems
- Experience of Active Directory Administration
- Experience of working within a busy IT Service Desk
On a daily basis you will be:
- Acting as a single point of contact for phone calls and emails
- Ensure all incidents and Service requests are successfully and accurately identified
- Trouble Shooting IT problems
- Maintaining Service Excellence
- Creating User Accounts, reset passwords, create groups
