IT Service Desk Engineer – 1st line, 2nd Line
I am currently recruiting for an IT Service Desk Engineer for a leading financial services company in Manchester. This is a mixture of 1st and 2nd line Support where you will be working as part of the IT Service Desk to resolve issues and provide solutions and guidance. You will be responsible for the helpdesk on a daily basis ensuring business requirements are met including any SLA’s.
- Proven experience in an IT Service Desk – 1st and 2nd line support
- Technical Skills – Office, Active Directory, Exchange, Windows 7 Onwards
- IT Hardware, laptops, desktops
- Team player
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Supporting 200 staff across three sites
- Assist with new incidents and requests
- Use the Service Desk tool to log, monitor and progress IT Service Desk tickets
- Fix issues ASAP
- Create technical documentation
