IT service Desk Engineer
Are you looking for a new and exciting role? I am currently recruiting for an IT Service Desk Engineer for a leading and growing company based in Greater Manchester. My client is looking for someone to provide operational support both over the phone and face to face on a very busy IT Service Desk.
Skills Needed:
- 1 year experience of working on an IT Service Desk providing 1st line Support.
- Active Directory knowledge
- Ability to create user accounts, reset passwords and create groups.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites.
