IT Service Desk Analyst
Chassam Recruitment are currently looking to recruit for an IT Service Desk Analyst for a leading company based in Manchester.
This is an exciting position where you will be providing operational support both over the phone and face to face for the IT service Desk. Your role will be to ensure that all incidents are recorded on the Service Desk management tool and re resolved in a timely manner.
Responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a single point of contact for phone calls and emails from staff regarding IT issues and queries
- 1st Line Support – troubleshooting of IT related problems from software to hardware
- Ensure all Incidents and Service requests are successfully and accurately identified, categorised and diagnosed in the Service Desk ITSM.
- Provide on-site support to a number of sites in the North West
Key Skills Needed:
- In depth knowledge of Windows 10, Android IOS, Office 365, Zoom and Citrix
- Excellent PC Support experience
- Knowledge of Service Desk Logging System
- Experience of Active Directory
- Experience of working within a busy IT Service Desk environment
- Knowledge of Wireless technologies with the ability to configure and troubleshoot
