IT Graduate – Desktop Support Engineer

If you’re a recent IT grad who is on the lookout for their first role and looking for a company who will offer training, development and progression, you might want to check this opportunity out. 

We’ve got a role with an international, specialist broker who are based in the city, close to St Paul’s. You need to have good general IT skills, a relevant degree OR 1-2 years’ experience and a willingness to learn on the job. 

It will be an office based role with two different shifts patterns, either 6.30am – 2.30pm or 10am – 6pm.

The role will involve: 

• Desktop, hardware, software and network support for brokers and users 
• Setting up and moving PC’s 
• Installing screens 
• Video conferencing and meeting room setups
• Exchange management - setup of new user email accounts, permissions, groups etc
• Learning how to use trading platforms such as Bloomberg, CFOX, Fidessa and Trading Technologies (TT)

There’s a lot to learn on the job and you’ll gain trade floor experience which is great to have on your CV and in huge demand.
