IT 3rd Line Desktop Support Engineer
Chassam Recruitment are currently recruiting for a 3rd Line Service Desk Engineer for a leading company based near Reading.
This is an exciting position where you will be supporting the day-to-day desktop operations by responding to incidents and requests logged in the service desk tool, taking phone calls and emails.
Reporting to the IT Service Desk Manager you will be working with the IT Infrastructure teams to ensure the best IT solution is deployed.
As a 3rd Line Service Desk Engineer you need to have experience with:
- Supporting large scale enterprise environments
- Windows 10
- Office 365
- MS Office
