IT 2nd Line Support Engineer – Homebased (living 1hr from Manchester)
Are you a 2nd Line Support Engineer looking for your next new challenge? If so, look no further.
Chassam Recruitment are currently looking for an IT 2nd Line Support Engineer to join a leading organisation based in Manchester. The role will be homebased but it is essential to have a full driving license as there could be occasional travel to different sites.
As the technical escalation point for the IT Service Desk, you will be supporting and maintaining the end user desktop server and virtual environment.
Key Skills Needed:
- Delivery of key strategic projects including technical changes, installations, upgrades and migrations
- Experience of supporting Citrix
- Experience of Supporting VOIP solutions
- Knowledge and Expertise in Active Directory
- A strong understanding of Windows Server 2012-2019
- Experience in Supporting Office 365
- An understanding of VMWare
