The Role:
You will be responsible for the day to day running and support of the IT operations and provide hands on technical knowledge for all aspects of the operations landscape. You will be developing and maintaining the support procedures. Where required you will lead projects ensuring that tasks are completed to plan and in line with project standards. The role will be a mixture of project work and BAU. Examples of projects will include the roll out of Cisco Jabber to the whole of Europe, new Lan Upgrades and implementing new Backup solutions.
