I am currently looking to recruit a Head of User Experience for a leading and fast paced organisation based in Manchester.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you will be managing a team of designers what work with both web and native mobile applications.
The role will be focussed around improving customer experience and loyalty.
Responsibilities will include:
Developing a customer-focussed design culture across all the different product teams
Enabling the team to become more data driven where you will be tracking customer behaviours, looking at customer feedback at the early stages as well as testing at the prototype stage.
Working within an agile framework
Team Recruitment in order to look at long term goals
Analysing customer behaviour to look at product success and reasons for it.
Skills Needed:
Extensive UX Experience
Adobe CS suite
Prototyping and Wire Framing
Team Management
Experience with Conversion Rate optimisation tools e.g. Google Analytics
