eCommerce Manager
Up to £35,000

Love eCommerce but getting a bit tired of the same brand? How does the idea of working with multiple brands at varying stages of their eCommerce journey sound?

We have a rare, agency side, eCommerce role which can offer exactly that. Whether it’s helping clients who have plateaued or clients who want to launch a new product or clients at the very start of their journey, you’ll work closely with them to deliver the growth needed.

This agency has a different offering to most, as well as offering outsourced eCommerce, PPC, SEO services etc. they also offer in-depth digital audits across Google Analytics and all channels within a client’s business. It’s a highly ethical approach where unlike other agencies, if a client comes to them and asks for PPC help and gives them a budget, they will use their findings to decide if this is the best way to use that money or if they could gain better results with a different course of action. They work in partnership with their clients, with current tenures being 5 to 10 years on average, whatever the client needs, that is what they offer, whether it be a fully outsourced service or a consultative approach, working with the clients’ own teams.

Taking on 2 or 3 clients, you will be:

  • Coordinating digital audits
  • Creating strategic eCommerce plans with digital roadmaps and day to day trading objectives
  • Running cross-channel campaigns, utilising internal and client teams across social, email, web, PPC etc.
  • Day to day website management, looking for small wins to improve performance
  • Regular Google Analytics reviews, interpretation and reporting

We’re looking for an eCommerce Manager with considerable knowledge of digital marketing channels and someone who can demonstrate previous growth successes and improved trading. We’re also open to eCommerce Execs who are ready to take a step up into an eCommerce Manager role – you will be supported with this.

It’s hybrid working and their office is in central Leeds, close to parking and the train station.

This will be a highly autonomous role and both hands on and consultative. The variety you get will be second to none and you’ll be joining a longstanding, hugely respected agency who are known for their creative, their hard-hitting campaigns and constantly being ahead of the game. Apply now if you’re looking for a change and a challenge!
