It’s a role of two halves…

  1. Analysing a client’s ROI across each channel – is this the best use of their budget or would it be better spent elsewhere? For each project like this, you’ll be coordinating with the rest of the digital team, collaborating the findings of the Social team, PPC team etc and coming up with a new plan which you’ll feedback to the client and then head up.
  2. You’ll work with a range of eCommerce clients in different capacities, some will rely on the agency for all aspects of trading and website management, whereas others will have their own teams and your role will be to identify opportunities, acting more as a consultant, picking up in the areas they don’t have resource.

This role involves a bit of everything, strategy, project management, account management, consulting, advising, recommending – the list goes on. That’s what makes it super interesting, you’ll be using all the skills you’ve built up over the years and constantly challenging yourself and pushing for results.

You’ll be in charge of…

  • Brand strategy and devising a roadmap
  • Day to day trading
  • Coordinating cross-channel campaigns
  • Website management, changes, opportunities and updates
  • Analysing Google Analytics and using your findings to drive strategy
  • Daily and monthly reporting, showcasing your achievements and results

We’re looking for someone from some form of eCommerce background who has worked across different channels. There may be some channels you’re less familiar with, that’s fine, you’ll pick them up on the job. Perhaps you’ve worked agency side before then moved into eComm, or perhaps you’re a Marketing Exec working on campaigns for the eComm brand itself. We’re completely open!
