We’ve got a fantastic new role for a talented Digital Account Manager to come and join the client services team of a fast growing branding agency with offices in central Leeds. Currently they have an Account Director who manages client relations for all of the agency’s clients and with more and more clients coming on board they really need to hire a Digital Account Manager ASAP!
This agency specialises in branding and the vast majority of clients you will be working with are based in the retail sector covering things like, beauty, healthcare, clothing and fitness. It is vital that you have a creative mind and experience working with clients of varying sizes to be successful in this role.
As an agency they have quite a broad service offering and you will be focussing your time managing very digital heavy accounts so a strong understanding of different digital channels is a must!
As part of your role, you will be project managing both web build and web design projects, briefing developers and designers on required functionality and timescales will be a big part of this. You will be working closely with the teams to make sure they are hitting the timescales that you’ve set to achieve the best possible results for your clients. The majority of the websites you will be working on are retail based so it is essential you have a solid understanding of different eCommerce platforms.
This role is very strategic and analytical in its approach and it will be your responsibility to sit down with clients and really understand their needs. You will use this to create the best possible strategy for them and make recommendations alongside the technical teams as to what platforms are going to reap them the best reward.
Once you have set an effective strategy and briefed this into the technical teams you will monitor campaign performance using a range of analytical tools and report back on this to your clients. This could be daily, weekly or monthly depending on the individual client’s needs.

- Strong background in a client services focussed role
- Experience managing web based projects and/or project management experience
- A good understanding of a range of digital marketing channels
- Experience working with analytics tools including Google Analytics
- Ability to negotiate sales from up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
- Previous experience of managing campaign finances/budgets
- Knowledge of different eCommerce platforms such as Magento and Shopify
- A good understanding of different project management tools would be advantageous
