What we’re looking for:
C# Developers at all levels, if you’re more frontend focused, more backend focused or even mobile focused, we’re keen to speak to you. Due to growth, not one, not two but SIX vacancies have opened up with a global software house across their two offices. We’re interested in anyone from graduate or junior level to highly experienced senior level developers.
The company:
Macclesfield based in an easy to get to spot, parking on site, public transport nearby – it couldn’t be easier if you’re Cheshire based.
This is a world leading software house who work with some absolutely massive names. The Macclesfield office you’d be joining however is fairly small and offers a really relaxed and flexible working environment. You’d be joining a team of 5 developers and working alongside a range of other tech specialists including a DevOps Manager and a QA Manager. There’s 10 in the development team altogether, split across their two offices.
What you’ll be building:
Working on their multi-channel platform you’ll be getting involved in a long list of interesting projects. From building a brand new browser-based frontend, multiple enhancements, a large AI engine, CRM integrations and new workflows.
On top of this they are currently working towards a large major release of version 2 of their huge SaaS product and web and mobile platforms, there’s a three year roadmap in the pipeline. So many big names use this product it is vital it is constantly added to, developed and improved.
Because of the projects above, the work you will be doing will largely be full lifecycle, end to end software development i.e writing lots of brand new code.
Their tech stack includes:
AWS, Azure, SaaS, C#, RoR, Node.JS, SQL, MySQL, SignalR, ASP.Net MVC, Angular, React, Vue, WebSockets, Flash, Git, Confluence, Google Dialogflow, Android, IOS and many more!
What you need to know:
C#
AND
Either frontend skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
OR
backend skills (service layer, business layer, SQL etc)
Whatever your skills are, there’s a spot for you, you’ll be given projects based on where your strengths lie. It will also open up the opportunity for you to learn more skills, perhaps some of the ones listed above or perhaps allowing you to move to full stack role – whichever you’d prefer!
What’s on offer:
Salary flexible depending on experience, anywhere from £25,000 to £35,000 for junior and mid level and more for seniors. There’s also flexible working on offer.
Fantastic opportunity no matter what level you are at currently, so much to get stuck in with here and so many techs to play with. The projects are big and interesting so the work with always be varied and see you writing lots of new code and working on big greenfield projects.
