Account Director - Paid & Organic Social Media

We’re looking for a Social Media Account Director to join a multi award winning creative and digital agency based in Leeds city centre.
We’re looking for someone with experience in:
- Paid social
- Organic social
- Creating and deploying strategies
- Line management
- Budget management
If you don’t have the last two they can be learnt on the job, if you’re ready for a step up.
With a Social Media Executive reporting into you, you’ll be taking charge of a handful of clients, working with them closely to develop paid and organic social campaigns. The clients are all completely varied, some in fashion, some in sports, some in lead gen and some in the food sector, 90% of them sign up for both paid and organic help, largely across Facebook and Instagram.

We’re looking for both paid and organic social media experience, you can come from a client side/in-house or agency background. You’ll be working alongside another Social Media Director and both taking ownership of key clients and sharing successes, ideas and wins.
Whilst we are in lockdown, this role will be home based, with interviewing and onboarding done fully remotely. When things (eventually!) return to 'normal’ you’ll be welcome to work 2 or 3 days in the office and the rest at home or vice versa - there’s a lot of flexibility here.
