3rd Line IT Service Desk Engineer
Chassam Recruitment are currently looking to recruit an IT 3rd Line Support/ServiceDesk Engineer for a leading company based near Reading.
This is an exciting position where you will be supporting the day-to-day desktop operations within Gamma. You will be responsible for responding to escalated incidents and requests logged in the service desk tool, taking phone calls and email contacts through the customer contact system and managing the desktop environment.
You will be reporting to the IT Service Desk Manager and work with the IT infrastructure to ensure the best solutions are deployed for the mobile device and desktop environment.
Skills Needed:
- Extensive experience supporting a large-scale enterprise environment
- 3rd Line IT support experience
- Powershell Fluency
- Windows 10
- Office 365
- Intune
- Excellent communication skills
