3rd Line IT Service Desk Engineer
Chassam Recruitment are currently looking to recruit a 3rd Line IT Service Desk Engineer for a leading company based near Reading.
This is an exciting position where your focus will be to support the day to day desktop operations. You will be responsible for responding to escalated incidents and requests and managing the desktop environment.
Reporting to the IT Service Desk Manager you will be ensuring the best solution for mobile device and desktop environments are deployed and that all images, applications and policies are current and in line with security requirements.
- Experience Supporting a large-scale enterprise environment
- PowerShell Fluency
- Windows 10 and Server OS Support
- Office 365
- Intune Device management
- Intune Windows Patching
