Chassam Recruitment are currently looking to recruit a 1st Line Service Desk Analyst for a leading company based in Stockport. The purpose of the role is to provide a professional, efficient and effective support service.

Skills Needed:

  • Recent experience within a helpdesk/technical support operation
  • Active Directory
  • Microsoft Office
  • Windows 7
  • Windows Server
  • Desktop Support Skills
  • Team orientated

Responsibilities for the role will include logging and taking ownership of incidents and requests created by customers through to final resolution. You will be providing first line IT support in relation to hardware, software, applications and voice/data networks. You will also be taking day to day responsibility for the support of the IT systems for the provision of an effective support service to customers and perform post-resolution follow-ups for support logs to ensure issues. You will ensure issues are resolved within he agreed SLA targets and where appropriate escalate to the relevant support team.
